Nick has over a decade of experience working at the intersection of climate strategy, sustainability programs, and cross-sector collaboration. He works with companies, industry groups, and value chain partners to design and deliver practical climate solutions that align environmental integrity with business performance. His work focuses on translating ambitious climate and sustainability goals into implementable strategies, helping organizations navigate complexity while driving measurable outcomes.
As Director of Climate Solutions, Nick leads strategic engagements that help companies to understand climate risks and opportunities, develop credible pathways for action, and scale solutions through partnerships and improved internal approaches. Throughout his career, Nick has supported multi stakeholder initiatives spanning professional services, technology, agriculture, and natural resource–dependent sectors. He has played a key role in advancing pre competitive collaborations that bring together companies, NGOs, producers, and other stakeholders to address shared climate and sustainability challenges. These efforts emphasize systems thinking, data driven decision making, and solutions that balance economic resilience with environmental and social value.
Nick received an MBA degree from the University of Cumbria (UK) with a concentration in Leadership & Sustainability, and holds a BSc.(hons) in Ecology from the University of Guelph (Canada).
