Lila Taheraly
Technical Specialist
Lila is an agribusiness engineer with more than 10 years of professional experience in sustainability through her work in a global food company, in a Top 10 Forbes AgTech startup, and at SCS Global Services. In her last role, she specialized in life cycle assessment becoming technical manager for agriculture-related projects. She executed ISO 14044 LCAs -including one ISO 14044 comparative LCA, greenhouse gas inventories, ISO 14067 carbon footprints, EPDs, as well as methodology verifications. The products she analyzed covered cotton, hemp, flax, milk, cheese, beef, insulation materials, office furniture, plant-based oil, acacia and eucalyptus nurseries and plantations, plastic manufacturing facility. Since joining SCS Consulting Services’ team in Europe, Lila expanded her expertise to EU regulatory affaires like CBAM, EUDR and RED II/III.
Lila has a Master’s Degree in Economics of Sustainable Development, Environment and Energy and is fluent in French and English.
